What we store

• Free use: nothing tied to you. Locations you check are sent to our server to compute the outlook and are not linked to an identity. Coarse, rate-limit and aggregate usage counters keep IPs internally and never expose them.
• Purchases: your email, the plan, and a Stripe reference — the minimum needed to grant and restore access. Card data never touches our servers (Stripe handles payment).
• Trips: the spot, dates, recipes and alert channels you configure, plus a Telegram chat id if you link one.
• Analytics: self-hosted Plausible — cookieless, aggregate, EU-hosted. No Google Analytics, no ad trackers.

Where it goes

Forecast requests are made from our server to api.met.no and NOAA using coordinates only — your identity is never attached. Emails are delivered via Resend; Telegram messages via the Telegram Bot API. Everything is hosted in the EU.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to access or delete everything tied to your address (GDPR arts. 15–17). Deleting your data revokes any active pass.
