The service

ShootWindow computes photographic condition outlooks from public weather and space-weather forecasts and astronomical calculations, and sends alerts for locations you configure. Forecasts are inherently uncertain: windows are estimates, not promises. Never rely on the service as the sole input for decisions involving safety, long travel, or professional commitments.

Passes and payment

The Trip Pass (€9) and Season Pass (€29) are one-time payments processed by Stripe, granting access for their stated scope (one spot / up to 21 days; five spots / six months). They are not subscriptions and never renew. Access is tied to your purchase email.

Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee on both passes, no questions asked: email [email protected] from your purchase address. A refund revokes the pass.

Fair use

The free tier and API endpoints are rate-limited per IP. Automated scraping or resale of outlook data is not permitted. We may suspend access that degrades the service for others.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOIR LGTM LTD's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Weather data is provided by the Norwegian Meteorological Institute and NOAA under their respective terms.
